To ensure customer satisfaction, TSP strives to provide products and services that meet our customers' specific engineered requirements. TSP has instituted a quality management system (QMS) to ensure our customers receive the highest quality engineered fasteners. TSP has achieved Dock to Stock status with many of our customers' locations. We've been successful with this program because we constantly measure and monitor our supply chain for each customer through company metrics to ensure continual improvement. Our Quality Department's highly trained personnel use sophisticated tools, including customized documentation software, to constantly monitor and measure inventory. This ensures only the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.
Because quality is a key component in our customer relationships, we've achieved registration of our quality management system and completed the rigorous processes to accredit our laboratory. The TSP quality management system is registered by ABS-QE (Certificate# 30926). Our original registration was to IS0 9002-1994 in 1997. Our current registration, achieved in 2003, is to ISO 9001-2000. Our mechanical testing laboratory is accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA - Certificate# 0929-01). Our original accreditation was to ISO Guide 25 in 1998. Our current registration, achieved in 2002, is to ISO 17025.
